had my 2nd baby 14 weeks ago, whilst i can get into all my pre pregancy clothes ok, my body shape has changed dramatically after this pregnancy.Everything is just saggy and baggy and not very nice to look at.Anyone got any good exercises i can do that will help tone up ? I’m eating healthily and I dont have any unrealistic expectations, just want my ‘normal’ body shape back.

As you probably know (since this is your second), it can take some time to get your pre-pregnancy body back (or as close to “back” as it’s going to get). At 14 weeks you’re still pretty fresh post-partum, so definitely be patient. The best exercise program will be something that incorporates both cardio and resistance training, so that you can burn fat and build muscle. If you haven’t tried a stroller exercise class, it can be a great way to fit a good workout in while you have a new baby. Read more about it here:http://buzz.prevention.com/community/coo…
Best of luck..a little work and a little time should pay off nicely for you!

Pilates is really great for toning your abdominal muscles. And any type of cardio will help you lose any extra fat. I had the same problem when I had my 2nd baby and I did aerobics twice a week, pilates every other day and I didn’t eat any red meat or drink sodas. After about 2 months I had lost 20lbs. It took a lot of hard work and discipline but it does work and you will be able to keep it off.
Honey it has only been14 weeks, it takes 9 monthes to do the damage it is going to take at least that long to fix it. Be patient don’t worry about your baby sag…just enjoy your precious baby….There will be plenty of time for worrying about your figure when your kids are all grown..ENJOY THEM NOW!!!
If you are in your prepregnancy clothes at 14 weeks, you are doing better than over 1/2 the new mothers. Give it some time, keep eating right and exercising, work in some resistance training and you will be fine. Congratulations!
You need to lift weights.
It would have been good if you did while pregnant, but it’s too late for that now.
This is why I will never have children. Not worth the body ruination.
