I don’t really like yoga one I had. I like Denise Austin, but haven’t seen her pregnancy workout.

yea, i saw some at walmart the other day…i forget what there called…sorry!! but i dont workout, im about to start tho..im 26 wks!!
Depends what kind of workout, everything I have read about pregnancy suggests you do a prenatal yoga, I bought one that seems to be really good called “crunch yoga mama”. If your looking into just any workout, I suggest cycling. Get a stationary bike or a regular bike and start riding. I heard it is great for pregnancy because the bike supports your weight, but your still getting a great cardio workout.
