Yoga for Pregnant women. The show you how to do each move for each trimester. It’s good for breathing and de-stressing yourself, while staying fit!
Youtube.com has cardio yoga for pregnant women and it is free. Nothing too stressful for your body, nothing that can hurt the baby and it will not only make the pregnancy easier by helping you keep your flexibility but will also make the birth easier.
As a man I am just speaking from what I have heard and though I understand there is never anything easy about pregnancy or child birth and can never experience that to full understand what it is like.
