I am in the middle of my 2nd trimester and was wondering if anyone knew of any good pregnancy workout DVDs. I was fairly active before pregnancy, alternating Tae Bo Amped (with the bar) DVDs, jogging on the treadmill, and Jillian Michaels’ 20 minute workouts. I stopped doing these because they are so strenuous and have so many jarring movements…I don’t want to risk it. Does anyone know of any workout DVDs that are designed for pregnant women, but will still leave me feeling like I got a workout. (I like to be sore the day after my workouts and feel like I got my heart rate up.) I also want something that will keep me toned… Even yoga DVD suggestions are welcome…anything that will give me a good workout and keep me healthy during the pregnancy…Thank you so much!! =)

Prenatal Yoga with Shiva Rea
Do an online search for prenatal pilates and Gaia Prenatal Yoga. These are great and safe to do throughout pregnancy.
