I am 21 weeks pregnant and missing my gym workouts! My partner has started working evenings so I can no longer go after work as I have my 2 year old son to look after. We take regular walks but I want something to do at home when he is in bed at night or when the weather is rubbish and we can’t go out, any suggestions?

iv just ordered a dvd called the y plan for before and after pregnancy got it off ebay
Try anything thats based on Pilates or Yoga – good for when you go into labour too as a lot of it is about breathing control. Good luck.
