I am a personal trainer and I could suggest a few exercises that you could do without spending money on a DVD.  First get a good music CD and all you need is 10 to 15 minutes a day.  I suggest you do a brisk walk around your block (if you can) to get warmed up, if not jog in place for 5 minutes.  Set your clock for 10 minutes, and do push ups (knee push ups if you can&#039;t do regular)  shoulder press ( no weight), bodyweight squats, crunches, leg raises, repeat these exercises non-stop for the allotted time. End with another 2-3 minutes of brisk walk or jog in place.  I would start with 10 reps each exercise depending on your fitness level.  As you get stronger, add 2-5 pound dumbells on presses and squats.</description>
