I am going on the Biggest Loser Diet and I want to get a Biggest Loser workout dvd. I am very over weight for my height as I am 5′6 and weigh 286lbs. When I met my husband 8 years ago I was 175 and that right now is my goal weight. So my question is “which one of the Biggest Loser Dvd’s would be best for someone starting out who is very over weight and doesn’t exercise?” other than chasing my 2 year old around the house. I also just had a baby at the end of May but I am already back down to my pre-pregnancy weight.

It will be very hard for you at your weight, but if you modify it, you can do it and it is REALLY effective. It won’t take long before you can do the whole thing, as long as you don’t give up. Good luck!
