26 Weeks Pregnant And Want Ideas On How To Stay In Shape?
Okay so I’ve been doing good so far. I drink plently of water, I eat a heatlhy diet with the right amount of calories and I try to get a good brisk 15 minute walk in every day (but that doesn’t always happen). I work full-time behind a desk – so I don’t get to move around much during the day and I usually have errands to run on my lunch.
I do have 5 lb and 10 lb hand weights at home and I have an exercise ab ball and I have a pregnancy pilates DVD – ALL of which I have not been using! I need to start using them!
What worked for you ladies to stay in shape during your last trimester? what kind of exercises would you suggest with a big exercise ball? was there a certain arm weight move that worked best for keeping your arms toned? is there anything besides walking that helped keep your legs lean? any trick to help keep back fat from showing up?
