Gym Use In Pregnancy?

Does anyone know how how safe it is for someone who has been using treadmill and cross trainer and resistance weights for the past few months to contine to do so during pregnancy?
Also yoga and pilates.
I know there are some weeks you shouldnt do pilates or yoga – particularly during the first few months and you have to be sure you’re not uncomfortable.
I’ve seen a few pregnant ladies in my gym and wonder what I can due in the gym aside from just swimming while pregnant. Cheers!

    Hmmmmmm, well Im probably no use at answering this as I cannot give you the answer you seek.
    However, I saw this question and I wanted to say that aqua aerobics is a fantastic way to keep gyming whilst pregnant.
    Using resistant weights especially during the latter part of your pregnancy is not a good idea.
    Your gym should have an instructor who can work out a plan for you if need be.
