		<description>Hmmmmmm, well Im probably no use at answering this as I cannot give you the answer you seek. 
However, I saw this question and I wanted to say that aqua aerobics is a fantastic way to keep gyming whilst pregnant.
Using resistant weights especially during the latter part of your pregnancy is not a good idea. 
Your gym should have an instructor who can work out a plan for you if need be.
