During my pregnancy, I expericiened major water rention. My prepregnancy weight was 155 and I am 5’11′ I worked out prior to being pregnant and during my pregnancy up until the 2nd trimester due to the large amount of water retension and was advised to stop. At the date of delivery I weighed 230 pounds. A day after I went down to 200 pounds, then a week later 185 pounds. I began working out with pilates, stationary bike, weights, etc. and eating a well balanced diet. I began losing 2 pounds a week (which I think is healthy), but as soon as I reached 168 pounds, I can not seem to drop the remaining weight. Is this some sort of weight plateau? How can I get rid of these last 12 – 13 pounds?
I Had A Baby 10 Months Ago And Having Difficulty Losing The Last 12 Pounds.?

When babie’s a toddler and you’re chasing her around all day -this won’t be a problem!
Sounds like your metabolism has got steady.
To pick it up,surprise it by eating a piece of fruit :apple/orange (not banana) for a snack, your body will have to increase its food processing speed to digest this and this will have a knock on effect.
Apple is the preferred option if you can do it!

On a 1500 calorie diet, you should workout about 4 days a week, running at least 2 miles a day. You should be able to shed those last 10 lbs.
A friend of mine introduced me to a “No Diet Weight Loss Plan” that is natural and healthy. So far I have lost 21 pounds in 27 days (30 more pounds to go). I did not diet (that’s boring), eat special foods (that cost more), skip meals (that makes your stomach growl), or even exrecise (I can’t physically due to bad disc in my back). I have been told that you are not allowed to send web links through this service so if you are interested IM or e-mail me from my profile and I’ll be glad to give it to you
