If you ever did of course! I know for lots of mums their body is never the same. Just curious to see what other mums experienced, did you even try, how hard did you try, and what you did?
I am not too worried about baby weight, i will just try to maintain a healthy weight and diet during my pregnancy and try to go for casual walks. I would like to do pilates after baby is born and do some walking too.
Baby comes first of course! Cant wait!

I lost the pregnancy weight within a couple months pretty easy, especially exclusively breastfeeding. however, i got pregnant about 10 pounds over my ideal weight, and wow is it hard to find time with a now 17month old to get it off. I’m a single mom and i learned really fast that trying to take the little one to the apartment gym is hopeless. So seriously, keep fit during the pregnancy – it will make delivery easier as well.
although one crazy thing happens after, or at least it did for me, even though i’m still 10lbs above my ideal weight, i feel like i look pretty fantastic. there’s something about motherhood that makes you feel stronger and more secure in yourself – either by necessity or by getting through the trials and tribulations of parenthood. congrats on the baby! sleep while you can…
well it depends on how much weigh you gained while pregnant. i WAAAAAY over gained with my son and it took me like two yrs to get even close to my before weight (wasnt really trying to get all the way back down to it tho cause i was really skinny) but yea i was a lazy *** and didnt really try hard at all. but a friend of mine was in her pre preg clothes a week after she had he baby, she didnt do anything either.
I couldnt work as hard as i wanted to because my labor ended in c-section.
But i did lose all my baby weight (which was over 60lbs may i add!) in 4 weeks.
When i could start to exercise i went to mom and baby water aerobics and ate healthily all while exclusively breastfeeding and i am at a more than comfortable weight. Weighing less than before
Although my belly and boobs are still the problem. They have loose skin which will never go away. Its ok though, they are easily hidden!
I lost all the weight plus ten pounds in a couple weeks! Breastfeeding is your friend! Oh, and my son used to have some kind of a sixth sense and knew when I was about to eat something. He would promptly start screaming whenever I would put food on a plate for myself. Though I weigh less, my weight has redistributed and I kind of have a “pooch” in the front. I thought it might go away but it has almost been four months and no such luck so I joined a gym…..ugh.
I have had 6 babies, 5 pregnancies and lost weight with all of them during my pregnancy. I have always been lucky enough to not have to lose weight after having a baby.
my son is now one month old & am only 2 kgs more than my pre -pregnancy weight!!
havent done anything to lose weight. i have read that – breastfeeding helps in reducing weight quickly & i believe that’s helped me.
i lost all the weight in less than a week. it took me six months to feel comfortable enough with my body to wear the dress to the left in my avatar. i did NOTHING but take care of my son. im a lazyyy butt.
With the exception of the boobs
about a week. I didnt even look pg until mid 20weeks w num2 and mid-late 30′s with num1. (*im 20wks today and im not showing…getting frusterated here*)
But, I was wearing pre preg. about a week later.
I was actually lucky, because after I gave birth to my daughter, I was thinner than I was before I was pregnant.
My son is about to turn 7 months and i have just started swimming lengths at the local pool and i am digging through our spare room to try find my pilates dvd
well my daughter nearly 7 months n im back but i only put 2stn on when i was preg n my daughter was only 5lb 11 1/2 oz, n i was size 10 bottoms before n 12 at end of pregnancy n now im size 8 so it hasnt took me long

my daughter is 7 months old today and i have about 10lbs to go but i gained 47 and all but 10 has came off on its own. but im sire if you work out yours will come off much quicker than mine
I had to work out 6 days a week (I gained 50 pounds) I did pilates too. My baby’s 2 years old now and I still haven’t lost all of it.
4 months of working out
uhh less than a week my daughter is now 5 months and i am thinner then i was before i was pregnant
