I am 20 weeks pregnant and have been searching for a good prenatal workout. I recently bought a prenatal Yoga video and not only was it too slow for me, I didn’t enjoy all of the chanting. Does anyone know of anything that is not strenuous but will stretch me out and keep me fit while I am expecting?

Your cardio workout is still a good thing to keep up. For a change you might take up walking up and down an uneven terrain. Up and down small hills. Good for your legs too! As you get larger, swimming may be another option. It’s easy on your joints and great on muscles! Good luck and congratulations on your upcoming baby!
Find a water aerobics class… You will get good stretching, and it’s a nice change of pace.
Water aerobics or yoga. I don’t know where you can go to do the water aerobics near you, but you can buy Pre Natal Yoga DVDs online: http://www.gaiam.com/retail/product/90-0…
Walking and/or swimming are good exercises in pregnancy. Avoid any type of strenuous activity and avoid any exercises that require you to lie on your stomach or flat on your back.
My suggestion would be walking. I walked everyday when I was pregnant with my first child and it helped out so much during labor.
