Your question is a bit hard to answer only because I don't know what kind of shape you were in before pregnancy and if you exercised prior or how far along you are (there are some things you are supposed to avoid after the first trimester). I have alot of videos that I did prior to pregnancy and still do alot of them but they are not specifically for pregnancy and should not be done if you didnt do them before pregnancy. Honestly most of the pregnancy videos I have checked out are soooo annoying...its like once we got pregnant we no longer had brains. So I have only bought one video which is 10 minute solutions prenatal pilates. I don't love pilates but I think its a good one even if you are a beginner. It has five 10 minute workouts that you can combine any way you want or just do one. The instructor is okay a bit annoying but far less so than any of the others I've seen. No matter what shape you were in or your exercise level prior to pregnancy walking and swimming are both great. Sorry I wasnt more helpful but honestly virtually all the videos irritated me. Check out collage.com (pretty sure that is the link if not google it) and you can watch clips of the videos they have.
