How Do I Lose My Baby Weight And Belly Fat??? Please Help.?!?

I’m 20, and I just had my first baby about 2mths ago…I’m taking care of her all on my own while my husband is in Iraq, and I gained 30lbs throughout my whole pregnancy I was 5’6 120lbs before I got pregnant, and I’ve only lost 12lbs..I feel so ugly now I used to be a size 0 and now my pants don’t even fit past my thighs and my face is even chubby, I look alot different from how i looked before… I don’t have alot of time to workout…I have the ZONE PILATE’S (“abs, sexy legs buns thighs”) video thing I do work out every 1-2-3 days depending when I can the video is 45 min long or more..I just want my belly fat and thigh fat and “love handles that weren’t there before GONE I feel so insecure and none of my clothes fit… My hubby comes home september 16th, after being gone for a year.. I just want SO BADLY to lose my fat everywhere and weight… I will do anythingggg ANYTHINGG…. Please Help…

Well hello there,
time will help with some of it, and one real good way is to walk it off, take that very wonderful little BUNDLE of joy out for a walk and if you keep it at a good pace you will notice a real nice change in no time, if you can drink green tea (if your NOT breast feeding) it to helps you sluff off that extra padding, small meals 4 times a day, rather than 3 big ones and less fat-ting foods, grapes are great tummy busters, staying active helps the wieght come off better too, and drinking your water at least 5-8oz classes a day, and I usto drink a glass of gragefruit juice a half hour befour bed, and make sure you are in bed and to sleep befor 1030, the unwa did a study and found that wemon lose more wieght if they are asleep by 1030, they say our bodies for some reason born off fat better if we are asleep dureing the hours of 11 to 500. for some reason? but hey if they did the test and said it works then it is worth a try, all I know is when I slept I had less of a wieght problem, and now that I have insommia, I have a wieght problem, and I eat very little. (so it must have at least a % to do with it) and even if it is only a % then I would sure try it. (if I could sleep I would try it, LOL) well good luck, and P.S.
