I Would Really Like To Loose Weight. Anyone Have Any Suggestions On Good Diets And/or Workouts I Could Do?
I am 20 years old with a 19 month old son and i weighed 140 before i got pregnant and i gained A LOT of weight with my pregnancy and never lost it. : ( now i weight about 200 pounds. I am a college student, i live at home with my parents until i grad. and get a place for my son and i. and i want to loose weight SSSSOOO bad!!! i HATE HATE HATE being FAT! :. ( i cry a lot and am VERY self conscious about my body. please if anyone has any suggestions on good diet schedules and or workout routines i would be very very thankful! workout should not include a gym membership cause i dont have the time or money. i can however do like youtube videos, or other stuff that can be found online so that i can do them for about two hours daily while my son takes his nap.

I started college this fall, and gained a bunch of weight because of that and Depo-Provera.
I started using this website where you learn how much calories to eat, and you can track your calorie intake, exercises and weight, even journal about ups and downs. There are also forums to post questions and get support. They even have a toolbar for Firefox (maybe IE as well, not sure) so you can never forget and are always pressured to do it.

Find some calorie calculators online, figure out what you need to limit yourself to to lose weight, and there you go. Don’t eat more than that and you’ll gradually lose weight. That’s all you have to do. It isn’t that hard.
dont starve yourself there’s no purpose. cardio like running, swimming, biking. Lifting weight’s low resistance many reps and sets. Also walking after you eat raises your metabolism.
workout before you go to bed because it will increase your metabolism
Simple stuff. Cut all sugary drinks; this includes juices. Drink unsweetened or 0-calorie-sweetener beverages.
Cut fried foods. No fried chicken, no french fries, no chicken fried steak, etc.
Cut creams and creamy sauces and soups. Clear soups generally have far less fat. This also includes butter and dressings; a smidge of butter or dressing, especially low cal dressing, is okay, but don’t drown your food. No milkshakes or ice cream.
Eat more veggies and fruits; again, don’t douse them with dressings and dips — you may feel virtuous about eating veggies at all, but dips just pack the fat and heart-clogging nasty stuff right back on.
Go out and walk every day. Briskly enough that you are slightly out of breath, but can still talk clearly; this is a rough guide for aerobic workout level. 20 minutes minimum; longer is better — 30 min is generally good. Walking around your neighborhood is fine; you don’t need fancy equipment for basic exercise.
If you do this and stick to it, you *will* lose weight and be a lot healthier.

I might add a few more. First most overweight people are addicted and at the same time allergic to diet soda. In fact diet soda and diet foods actually cause you to gain weight–the opposite of what they lead you to believe. Water is the best drink. If you want flavor use lime, lemon or squeeze an orange. Next liquify real fruit with or without ice. And for goodness sake, stay away from any kind of carbonated beverages including club soda or seltzer–the carbonation destroys your calcium balance which will reak havoc on your metabolism. Go to FitnessMagazine.com you will see workout videos, meal plans, recipes and they will email you with daily workouts or tips on how to lose 5, 10 lbs in x amount of time. They also do beauty, health, and a few other things, I think you will enjoy it or at the very least find some ideas.
Next go to youtube and look up 2Dymplz. You will be amazed by her story and you will see it all in her videos. She has workout videos, she is now studying to be a personal trainer. A few months back she was having some weight issue, and went on youtube for ideas, started with one or another group doing challenges and went from there but you can see for your self. On occasion I workout with her.
